At the foot of the thousand-year-old Castle of Sagunto, we will learn about the extraordinary wine-growing tradition of Camp de Morvedre, which has given its name to a grapevine, Mourvèdre, widespread in Europe, California and New Zealand.
After the presentation, we will taste 4 Monastrell varietals, rosé, red, sparkling and sweet, which we will pair with dishes from the LeFou restaurant kitchen.
