What to see in Sella

The Water Route in Sella is a great option with little difficulty that starts in the town centre and takes you to visit the Font del Pi, the Font de l'Alcàntera, irrigation channels, old mills and dams and beautiful "tolls" or pools of fresh water that you will love to photograph.

If you are a fan of sports tourism you will find many options to enjoy in Sella, from paragliding to hiking along ravines such as those of l'Arc or Xarquer-Castellets, as well as climbing. And there are recreational areas such as Font Major, perfect for ending the day with a picnic or camping.

In Sella, at the beginning of summer, there is an exhibition of Mediterranean products and culture that you can't miss. If you come on a Sunday you may be lucky enough to witness a game of Valencian pilota, a deeply-rooted and very exciting game. Sella is synonymous of party, especially in October with its patron saint's festivities, which include processions at dawn accompanied by rondallas. In December you can't miss its Santa Bárbara pilgrimage and, in summer, its interesting cultural week.
