We will start the day at 10:30 a.m. at the Viver Cooperative, from where we will take a leisurely stroll to one of our olive groves. There you will learn about the olive trees of the native variety Serrana del Palancia and how we cultivate them to obtain exceptional oils.

We will then move on to the oil mill, where the oil production process takes place. You will explore our modern facilities, from the unloading and storage hoppers to the mill, centrifuges and tank room, while we explain how we obtain our extra virgin olive oils.

The experience will culminate with a hedonistic tasting of our EVOOs accompanied by a succulent lunch, where you can sample our cooperative products, such as our exquisite wines, nuts and olive pâtés.

‘A walk with Lágrima’ is a journey to the heart of the Viver Cooperative, as olive oil is the origin of our cooperative project of dignified agriculture, which you will also be supporting with your visit. An experience for everyone, where you will be able to connect with the most authentic essence of the rural environment and discover the secrets of this gastronomic treasure. And if that wasn't enough, we'll give you a 10% discount for purchases in our agro-shop at the end of the experience. We'll be waiting for you!
