The day starts at 10:30 a.m. at the Viver Cooperative, from where we will drive to our vineyards. While we take a gentle stroll through the countryside, you will learn about the different grape varieties we work with, including the native pre-phylloxera varieties that we are recovering, as well as the particularities of their cultivation and the main aspects of viticulture to achieve exceptional wines.

We will then return to the Cooperative to meet the winery, where tradition is combined with innovation. You will meet Videns, our interactive vineyard, and you will visit the tank room and the barrel room while we explain the different winemaking processes.

The visit concludes with a hedonistic tasting of three of our wines accompanied by a succulent lunch, where you can sample our cooperative products, such as our exquisite oils, nuts and olive pâtés.

‘The skin of the vine’ is much more than a wine tourism experience, it is a journey to the essence of Viver and the Alto Palancia region, with which you will also be supporting our dignified agriculture project. A fantastic experience to enjoy with your partner, family or friends and celebrate the passion for wine and the pride of our land. And if that wasn't enough, we'll give you a 10% discount for purchases in our agro-shop at the end of the visit. We'll be waiting for you!
