Located in the province of Valencia, Sueca has almost 7km of dreamy coastline that seekers of sun, sea and sand will love. One of the beaches that you won’t want to miss in the area is Mareny de Vilxes.
Mareny de Vilxes beach, also known as Mareny Blau beach, is 720m long and 51 to 63m wide. With fine, golden sands and moderate waves, the beach is perfect for a family day out. Your kids will love running around, splashing about in the water and having fun in total safety.
This is an urban beach situated in protected L’Albufera Natural Park. If you are keen to spend a couple of days relaxing, you will be pleased to know there are various accommodation options just a stone’s throw from the coast. Walking the seafront promenade flanking the beach and soaking up the views promises to be the most relaxing of experiences.
Mareny de Vilxes beach has an accessible point for people with disabilities opposite Avenida del Sur. This stretch of the coast has all the services you could possibly want or need so you only need to worry about having a good time: lifeguards and lifesavers, daily cleaning in the high season and good connections to the nearby towns. You can get to the beach by car along the CV-500 or catch a bus from Sueca. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy the peaceful waters of Mareny de Vilxes. Once you’ve been once, you are sure to be back soon.
