The path begins at the Preventori recreational area, going up a forestry track, which begins next to some barbecues, and goes north. The track leads to the l’Horteta del Pobre rest area where you can enjoy the spring and the pool.

The path begins next to this area, and continues across a wooden bridge going south, going up a steep track towards the Sant Cristòfol heights, which has a chapel and a large cross. This is a good spot for a rest and to look at the views of the valley and of Alcoi.

Continue walking along the ridge of the famous Barranc del Cint gorge as far as the old quarry where the Canyet Project is taking place.
