Casa Roque, enjoy traditional gastronomy in Morella

The menu lists delights like croquettes morellanas alongside other starters like truffled mushrooms, migas de pastor (fried bread with sausage), cured meats and cheese made in Morella. The kitchen is naturally well versed in preparing sopa morellana and potaje morellano, two types of soups. There are options for vegetarians as well as roasted, grilled and hot stone cooked fish and meat. Not to mention traditional cuajada, a milky dessert. 

Casa Roque selects only the finest ingredients like Benicarló artichokes, delicious local cheeses and, of course, aromatic black truffle. Tuber melanosporum is also used to perfume dishes like arroz meloso con codorniz confitada, rice in a broth with confit quail, selections of mushrooms and black truffle.
