Pinets cove sits on the Benissa coastline in the province of Alicante. It is a pebbly cove that is 60m long and 10m wide. Small and welcoming, it is the perfect place for a family day out. The waters are calm and shallow.
The cove paints a rocky and wild picture that will soon whisk your problems and stresses away. Both you and the kids will love it here. You can reach the cove along a pedestrian trail that has information panels about the Benissa coast. From the cove, we recommend taking an excursion to the Mar Muerta y Rocas Negras area, which is defined by the ochre and reddish tone of the rock populating the landscape.
At Pinets cove you can see beadlet anemone, a type of sea anemone that is bright red, as well as fragments of Mediterranean tapeweed.
It is the perfect place to go snorkelling, diving, kayaking and hiking. There is a car park nearby where you can leave your vehicle. And when you reach the shore, the views of Peñón de Ifach in the distance will blow you away.
So how about it? Start planning a family trip to Pinets cove. A magical day on the Mediterranean awaits.
