Barranco Rubio Beach in Campoamor, an area of Orihuela, is a peaceful stretch of the coast. Over 600 m long, the beach has fine sand and a lovely natural landscape. It is an accessible beach that is suited to all types of visitors, including people with disabilities thanks to the amphibious chairs, a dedicated area of shade and accessible parking.
At Barranco Rubio Beach in Orihuela you can enjoy long walks along the shore and a relaxing atmosphere, in addition to a full set of services. There are public toilets, showers to wash the sand off your feet, life guards, beach bar, restaurant, parasol and lounger hire, sports areas and pedalos.
Dotted with vegetation, the natural scenery creates a peaceful atmosphere which is ideal for families, older people and anyone looking to enjoy a day at the beach far away from the crowds.
Campoamor Marina is located at one end of the beach, giving you even more ways to enjoy your time. In one place you can take a swim, savour gastronomy and go sailing. Barranco Rubio Beach is, without doubt, a part of Alicante that you’ll want to go back to time and time again.
