Discover a beach in Moncofa where you can soak up the beautiful scenery and spend some time at the nudist area.

Moncofa is home to a diverse number of beaches where you can enjoy a relaxing day on the shores of the Mediterranean. A case in point is Beniesma beach, a lovely spot that we recommend spending some time at.

The 1,200m long beach is flanked by a pathway that will take you on an exploration of its different parts. There is a nudist area where you can enjoy naturism, the remains of a 16th century defence tower, rocky areas with a seafront promenade, and rocky and sandy coves located in the semi-urban part of Beniesma. The defence tower protected the destination from Berber attacks and enabled trade in the area, which once saw many commercial boats coming and going. It’s an excellent example of the valuable historic heritage in the area.

The river Belcaire pathway provides access to this virgin beach with its restaurants, showers, toilets and nearby campsite where you can spend a night or two sleeping in the great outdoors. There’s also a picnic area. The mouth of the river Belcaire demarcates the northern edge of the beach where the moderate waves and low visitor numbers make it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
