The flavors, smells and colors of Christmas are anticipated at the Fira de Santa Catarina to begin to flood everything. Come to live it!

It dates back to the Middle Ages, when the King Jaume I granted the town the privilege of enjoying an annual fair. In 1604 this event happened to be celebrated in honor of Santa Caterina. Customs persist, such as the "Mocadorá", a gift from the boyfriends to the brides, the husbands to the wives or the children to the mothers, which consists of a handkerchief full of nuts and sweets that were sold at the fair, or the custom of eating a loaf of bread with grilled sausage on the night of the fair.
