Holy Week in Vinaròs offers a unique combination of tradition and emotion. It all begins with the Trobada de Bombos i Tambors, a vibrant gathering with marching bands.
The Processó de la Matinada, in the early hours of Holy Wednesday, revives a centuries-old tradition with a breathtaking atmosphere. On the evenings of Holy Thursday and Good Friday, the streets of the historic centre fill with spectators following the solemn processions, in which the Vinaròs Holy Week brotherhoods and their floats of great artistic value make their way through the city.
The last event is the Procession of the Encounter on Easter Sunday, an emotional end to this celebration. In addition to the religious events, the program includes concerts and exhibitions that enrich the experience with cultural offerings. Why not organize a getaway to this corner of Castellón!
