Located in L'Alcalatén, Chodos' steep streets sit on the foothills of Penyagolosa natural park. An excellent destination for lovers of the great outdoors, the village also hosts events that keep traditions alive, namely the pilgrimage held the day after Trinity Sunday.

Pilgrims walk to Ermitorio de Sant Joan de Penyagolosa, some 10km away. Thanks is given to the saint and favours are asked. The pilgrimage snakes through some incredible mountain landscapes. Put the date in your diary and discover a unique way of exploring both the beauty of the natural park and the traditions of the Region of Valencia.
