Benicasim Blues Festival, enjoy incredible music by the seaside

Back with its 12th edition from the 31 May to the 2 June, Benicàssim Blues Festival will see music performances take place in different venues throughout the seaside destination of Benicasim. This is a festival with a difference, filling Plaza de la Constitución, Torre de Sant Vicent Beach and Plaza de los Dolores with beats, rhythms and blues. You’ll hear the melodies floating around the town, wherever you are.  

The Benicàssim Blues Festival 2024 programme features incredible names like Vasti Jackson, a great musician with a diverse career that has seen him starring on the big screen. There will be a performance by La Perra Blanco, a musician from La Línea de la Concepción, and the rest of the trio, who together will get you up and dancing. 

Also at Benicàssim Blues Festival 2024 will be Travellin’ Brothers, a band with a long career behind them. And then there’s Noa & The Hell Drinkers, a group from San Sebastián with a powerful sound. 

Tòfol Martínez Blues Band, a blues player from Cataluña with an unmistakable voice and great guitar talent, will be at the festival. As will Los Torontos, a group fusing 1950s and 1960s music with songs that will get you on your feet, and the Chino Swingslide Trio who will give it their all to show you a good time. 

Benicàssim Blues Festival 2024 promises to be an incredible edition for long-time lovers of the blues and anyone who’s new to the genre. Benicasim itself is, of course, a highlight of the line-up. Beyond enjoying the performances, you can wander the streets of the destination where you can sample the delights of Mediterranean cuisine and spend time at the beach, where you might be tempted to take your first dip of the year. And don’t miss out on the Art Nouveau villas either.
