Nebulossa is getting ready for Eurovision! Find out more about the duo from Ondara

Nebulossa will be in the grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024! From Ondara in La Marina Alta in the province of Alicante, the duo will give it their all on the Eurovision stage. We’re celebrating the representatives of the Region of Valencia. 

Nebulossa’s participation at Benidorm Fest 2024 ended in triumph. The win secured them a place on the stage in Malmö, Sweden, on the 11 May. Nebulossa’s hit song, “Zorra”, will get Eurovision enthusiasts from all over Europe up and dancing – it’s a tune! 

Before getting to Eurovision, Nebulossa had competed in other European song competitions, experience that will stand them in good stead for their performance at Eurovision 2024. You can expect bucketloads of stage presence. 

Nebulossa comprises María Bas and Mark Dasousa, who are partners on and off the stage. They started performing in 2018 and their music style, in their own words, involves a lot of pop and a lot of synth. The winning formula for anthems that will get the audience out of their seats. 

María and Mark are currently busy preparing and promoting the performance and we’re sure that they’re missing their home by the Mediterranean. We invite you to visit their hometown, Ondara, where you can admire the magnificent architecture and history of the riuraus, beautiful structures used to dry grapes to turn them into raisins that are dotted about the landscape. You also won’t want to miss the opportunity to photograph the various local weirs.  

Alternatively you can wander around the charming historic centre where you’ll come across traditional public wash houses. And breathe in the Mediterranean atmosphere.
