Graffitea: Cheste International Street Art Festival

Graffitea, Cheste International Street Art Festival, is back in this part of La Hoya de Buñol from the 17 to the 21 April. The event will see the streets decorated with incredible murals and there will also be a number of activities for you to take part in. 

This year’s Graffitea gives you the opportunity to see the diverse styles characterising the work of artists of different origins. You’ll be amazed by what can be created on walls and façades. La Compañía de Mario, from Murcia, will be at the event, showcasing the work of the multidisciplinary art association. 

Barbiturikills, the alter ego of Valencian artist Bárbara Sebastián, will win you over with her sharp, cheerful paintings. You can also see Bublegum’s impressive large-scale works, as well as art by Nemo LKA, whose paintings are pieces of artisanship with an incredible texture. 

Also at Graffitea will be Zorro, the pseudonym of Alejandro Lorenzana, a Galician street artist with a long career behind him. Lluis Salvador is a visual artist from València that works with raspalls (brushes) to create unique works of art that will blow you away.

The Graffitea programme concludes with Yeko Yekill from Orihuela, Lucca Ledda, illustrator and muralist, Jota López and B:K Mafia. You’ll be blown away by all the work you’ll see. Beyond signing up to all the activities on as part of Graffitea, we’d recommend enjoying everything there is to see in Cheste like the traditional houses and streets oozing charm.
