PROAVA: A First-Class Experience of Valencian Gourmet

Taking place in the Turia River Gardens in València from the 4 to the 8 April, Mostra PROAVA is one of the must-visit gastronomic events in the Region of Valencia. You’re going to love both the variety of products for you to savour and the great atmosphere among the stands.

Mostra PROAVA showcases the excellent quality of products from the provinces of Castellón, Valencia and Alicante with a space dedicated to wines, craft beers, olive oils, cheeses, sausages and traditional sweet treats. The different wineries (known locally as cellers), distilleries, pastry shops, and butcher's display their delicious products for a few days in a gastronomic fair that always has a great atmosphere. You won’t want to miss it. 

As part of Mostra PROAVA there are tasting sessions for both experts and anyone that’s interested in trying local wines, liqueurs and craft beers. Alternatively, you can also sample the flavoursome olive oils and watch live cooking demonstrations to discover the secrets to our rice dishes and other recipes. 

Beyond the gastronomy, Mostra PROAVA also features art and culture, putting on music, comedy and performances that will make your visit an unforgettable one. Once inside, you’ll receive your glass of wine and a number of tickets that you can exchange for food and drink. Take a wander around and decide what you fancy to start: a vermouth, wine or beer, perhaps? Or maybe you’d prefer something sweet as a mid-afternoon pick me up? Take a leisurely stroll around to find out more about the products and where they’re from.
