Valencia Culinary Festival, a foodie experience for all the senses

Valencia Culinary Festival 2024 fills the city of València with foodies plans and exciting sensory experiences. Plan your visit to the city between the 16 and 26 May so you don’t miss this year’s edition, which sees chefs, waiting staff and food producers spoil you with their skills. Expect a very special experience.

Thanks to the Valencia Culinary Festival programme, you’ll get the chance to dive deeper into València Central Market, guided by a leading chef. Incredible chefs will also take you around the kitchen gardens of various different restaurants, where the passion for using their own products in their dishes is more than evident. They may even reveal to you what techniques they use to make Valencian fruit and vegetables so delicious!

Another activity to do while on holiday in Valencia is pay a visit to Enguera. This pretty town is surrounded by verdant scenery and curiously home to native bats, which are vital for ecological agriculture as they serve to control pests.
