You can pedal along for six days on a route organised by Kolotrip that’ll take you from Alicante to València with pit stops at iconic towns like Altea and Alcoy. Another tempting idea is to check out the Vías Verdes - disused railway lines that are now cycling and walking greenways - and cycle along Vía Verde de Ojos Negros, the longest greenway in Spain. Depending on how much you want to push yourself, you can cover the trail in three to six stages.
