La Farola Restaurant is recognized for using "four hands cooking," a cooking style based on using top-quality market products, personalized attention and local food in every dish. 

Chefs María Adrián and José Vicente invented this style of cuisine. They pride themselves on using organic, local products like oils, cheeses, meats, sweets, dried fruits and fresh fruits and vegetables, some of which they grow themselves. 

The inspiration for their dishes comes from shopping in local markets, walking around town, reading books or going out to eat.
