Do you want to step back in time?

Alpuente is known for the numerous and important fossil sites with bones and tracks of dinosaurs found in the area. In the Paleontological Museum of Alpuente you can see part of a skeleton of a large sauropod dinosaur and a good number of fossils of other dinosaurs and other organisms that lived at the end of the Jurassic, during the era of these giant reptiles. With one of our workshops, you will also have the experience of feeling for a while as true paleontologists, discovering how these researchers of the past work. You can complete your getaway with a Paleontological Rally and a visit (with or without a guide) to the Corcolilla dinosaur footprints site, with more than a hundred ichnites, and/or the Cañada París site, with a sauropod dinosaur track, the only place equipped to receive visitors in the Region of Valencia with ichnites of this type.

Price

The price of the experience includes a guided visit to the Paleontological Museum of Alpuente, the Paleontological Recovery Classroom and didactic workshop (recommended for children from 5 years old). The cost is 8.5 € for children over 4 years old who take the workshop, 5 € for children 4 years old or younger and 3.5 € for adults. For 1 € more you can complete the visit with a Paleontological Rally and / or a guided visit to one of the sites with dinosaur footprints (check availability of these activities in advance).
