The farmhouse is a stone’s throw from lakes, cropland and abundant marshes. Known as "Ullals", the lakes attract a great number of aquatic bird species, so pack your binoculars and do a spot of birdwatching while you’re there! The area in which the farmhouse stands is rich in archaeological remains including an ancient cemetery. To delve deeper into the natural scenery surrounding Alquería del Duc Fortress, head to the information centre nearby.
