De La Glea beach, situated in Orihuela in the province of Alicante, is the largest area of sand along this stretch of coastline. Nestled right alongside the beautiful Campoamor marina with a plethora of facilities, this is a beach perfect for those who want to relax in comfort, with all the necessary services at their disposal.
The space around La Glea beach in Campoamor is adapted and accessible to all, offering easy access points, an assisted bathroom with aquatic lift, along with dedicated parking and a shaded zone for those with reduced mobility. It’s also equipped with public toilets, rescue and lifeguard service, as well as a shower to wash the sand off your feet.
If you fancy a bit of sport, you’ll find games, water slides and jet-skis. Or if you want to chill out, there’s a chiringuito (beach bar), a restaurant, and lots of lovely parasols and hammocks. And whatever you want to enjoy, you can extend your stay at one of the nearby hotels.Not far from the shoreline, a little bridge leads to a zone of Mediterranean forest, where you can enjoy a lovely walk beneath the pine trees, stop in the picnic area or park your bike in the dedicated spaces. This beach in Orihuela is the perfect combination of leisure, nature and relaxation, making it one of the most complete corners of the Orihuela coast.
