Springtime Summer Cultural Program

Many events with shows of music, theater, dance and events for the whole family comprise the cultural program for the next four months May, June, July and August. In the musical line, we can enjoy a wide variety of styles, ranging from flamenco, choral music, music bands, etc. Highlights include the musical tribute to Tina Turner with a show that has triumphed all over the world, the musical from the 80s and 90s that will transport the public to an unforgettable time, the presence of the group Elefantes on their 30th anniversary tour that fuses melodies ranging from pop to flamenco, through melodic songs and rock. At the end of May, Jorge Blass will delight the whole family with a magic show. On Geek Pride Day, the youngest people will enjoy role-playing games and a theatrical experience that combines dramatic art with wine tasting.

The month of June Torrevieja stands out for the the comedian and influencer David Cepo with a show full of laughter and humor, the play Madre starring Aitana Sánchez Gijón, the traditional Copla Festival, the musical Jungle Book will delight the little ones with a musical full of adventure and charm, Andrés Suarez arrives with his tour presenting songs from his latest album and other songs from his repertoire, the local band Unión Musical Torrevejense will offer a show based on dances from all over the world, ending the month with the Cante de las Minas Festival that will present the best flamenco talents.

In the month of July, the popular Habaneras Night on the Beach will be celebrated on July 6, starting the 70th International Habaneras Contest that will take place the week of July 21 to 27, the International Band Festival celebrates its twenty-second edition; an exciting adaptation of the Daughters of Bernarda Alba, will make us enjoy the theater and at the end of July the Brilla Torrevieja Festival for young people will celebrate its 4th edition with a series of concerts accompanied by children's sports and cultural activities, featuring artists such as Hombres G, Ana Mena and Camela.

Come the month of August, the largest Urban Beach Festival in Europe comes to Torrevieja, offering concerts by world stars such as Anuel AA, María Becerra, Manuel Turizo, El Alfa, Nio García among others. There will also be water activities, a market, shows and much more. Flamenco culture can be enjoyed at the second Solera Salero Festival, the Carnival Festival gives us the opportunity to enjoy the best groups from Cádiz
