Palacio y Jardín del Marqués de Fontalba, El Marqués de Fontalba Palace and Garden in Jacarilla, is a beautiful architectural site and must-visit during your time in the destination. Both the Palace and Garden were built in 1920 alongside Nuestra Señora de Belén Parish Church. The whole site was commissioned by El Marqués de Fontalba.

The palace or palace-residence has two floors with a portico and baluster with an original façade decorated with tiles, giving it an attractive appearance that will get you reaching for your camera.

With a total surface area 20,000m², the garden is a beautiful space which is a joy to idly wander around. Beyond the carefully tended plants, you’ll see beautiful sculptures and fountains and a magnificent sundial. Next to the pond, there’s a spectacular pagoda, which is one of the most interesting parts of El Marqués de Fontalba Palace and Garden.
