A very interesting find, an Iberian site from the IV century BC, where a great deal of Iberian and Greek ceramics were found. Here, on top of the Iberian site, a Roman fish salting factory was discovered, from the IV century AC, with several ‘departments’, for cutting, cleaning and storage, where, the famous sauce "garum" was elaborated with spices, salt and chunks of fish. The technique of salting, which is still used today, was started by the Phoenicians and was very popular in Roman times.
