Guided tour inside the salt industry to learn about the gastronomic uses of salt.
After the tour, a master craftsman will give us a culinary demonstration of the preparation of blue fish from Torrevieja, whose techniques date back to Roman times. We will taste the different types of salted fish and pair it with the only remaining wine from the La Mata Natural Park, which is produced exclusively for our company.
