The May Fair in Torrevieja follows in the style of the Sevillian April Fair. In the Port enclosure stands are set up to which more than three hundred thousand revellers come in typical Andalusian dress to dance "sevillanas" or to enjoy Torrevieja's sherry. The activities are complemented with the "pasos de caballos", "los enganches" and the tasting of typical products.
