Featured experiences
An ideal place close to the capital where you can enjoy a day of hiking and Nordic walking in the Mediterranean forest at the foot of the mountains of Les Rodanes. At the end you will leave your backpack and your walking sticks and you will enter an authentic Mediterranean cooking workshop with Joan Climent and Paco Albert. Have you tried a tasting of extra virgin olive oils?
You will learn how to find the aromas and discover the properties of each oil, and then, in the cooking workshop, you will learn how to make arroz de la ribera, the authentic rice that was made on the banks of the Turia. This is a day of hiking or Nordic walking where you will take home an apprenticeship in Mediterranean gastronomy.

The IX Edition of the Peñíscola Plaza Wine Fair is here, an event where more than 30 winemakers and wine distributors will meet so that attendees can taste wines from different parts of Spain, and with notable participation from the Valencian Community.
The event will take place on November 29th and 30th in the hall of the Hotel & Spa Peñíscola Plaza Suites from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
